Owner of NOLA-Ice, Broad Street Peaux Boys to open stall at Pizitz Food Hall

First came NOLA Ice. Then came Broad Street Peaux Boys. Now, food truck owner Kelli Caulfield is ready to open a brick and mortar venture. NOLA Ice-Broad St, a joint concept of Caulfield’s sno-ball and po’ boy food trucks, is set to debut at the Piztiz Food Hall early this spring. The concept will open in the stall next to Unos Tacos, a spot previously occupied by Spoon & Ladle. Last year, Spoon & Ladle retired its food stall to focus on its wholesale business.
